• Average turnover of at least 1 million euros over the last 3 years
• At least 10 employees in the previous 12 months

Characteristics:

• "Open window" grant (open until funds exhausted)

5 Mistakes to Avoid

1. Waiting Until the Last Moment

"Open window" grants exhaust funds. Deadline grants get jammed in the final days. Move early.

2. Underestimating Documentation

Company registrations, financial statements, DURC, certifications. Gather them before starting the application. A missing document can sink everything.

3. Projects Too Vague

"I want to digitalize the company" isn't enough. Measurable objectives, timelines, KPIs are needed. Evaluators reward concreteness.
