Currently established as an S.r.l., the company is in development and planning phase to complete a digital infrastructure of national and European importance.
Evolution to S.p.A.
Next Step
The transformation into a Joint Stock Company is planned to welcome institutional investors and public capital, ensuring more structured and transparent governance.
The S.p.A. form is required for strategic investments exceeding €1 billion (Art. 13 D.L. 104/2023) and enables access to qualified financial instruments.
