Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Manage expressions of interest related to the Apulia Tech Hub project

• Aggregate statistical analysis of web traffic (with consent)
• Site performance and speed monitoring

For users whose Investor Area access request has been approved, we process the following data for the purposes indicated:

• Account management: identification and contact data (name, email, organization) to create and manage reserved access. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Access and download logs: we record date, time, IP address and downloaded documents for security, traceability and protection of confidential information. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Retention: 24 months.
• Confidentiality undertaking: we record date, time and version of the confidentiality undertaking accepted at first access, for evidentiary purposes. Legal basis: performance of the relationship and legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
• Service emails: we send transactional emails (request outcome, personal sign-in links) through the data processor Resend. No marketing use without separate consent.

In accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the data subject has the right to:

• Access (Art. 15): obtain confirmation of the existence of their data and receive a copy
• Rectification (Art. 16): correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure (Art. 17): request deletion of their data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction (Art. 18): restrict processing in certain cases
• Portability (Art. 20): receive their data in a structured format
• Objection (Art. 21): object to processing on legitimate grounds
